Ronald Norman represents his clients with a personalized approached and three decades of legal experience in state and federal law to inform his strategies. He has worked on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including wrongful termination, sex harassment and discrimination, in addition to handling cases of whistleblower claims and retaliation. He has pursued many multiparty litigation claims that resulted in multimillion dollar verdicts or settlements.

He has extensive experience in federal and state injury, employment, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, disability, whistleblower, retaliation, administrative claims, mediation, arbitration, and trials as well as experience with FEHA, EEOC and OFCCP claims and arbitration. Ronald also authored and successfully argued Dengler v. Doe 1, the only California appellate decision to extend statutory filing deadlines under C.C.P. §340.1
